The Central Nebraska Medical Reserve Corps is a collaborative effort of volunteers that support area hospitals, public health departments, county emergency managers, and city government officials. Our volunteer Physicians, Nurses, EMT's, Paramedics, Psychological First Aid, and Comfort/Healing responders are dedicated to creating and maintaining a system for responding to public health emergencies. The CNMRC serves a twenty-three county region in central Nebraska that is largely rural.
The Central Nebraska Medical Reserve Corps will work closely with other Nebraska MRCs in the development and on-going provision of volunteer education and training as well as recruitment of volunteers with the goal of developing a volunteer base in Nebraska that can serve throughout the State regardless of the location in need.
